Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Informasi SDM Terkomputerisasi Terhadap Efisiensi dan Akurasi Pengelolaan SDM

Penerapan teknologi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) telah menjadi kebutuhan esensial bagi organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saingnya. Penelitian ini membahas sistem informasi sumber daya manusia (SISDM) terkomputerisasi, dengan studi kasus pada PT XYZ, untuk mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan dan operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana penerapan SISDM dapat membantu organisasi mengelola berbagai fungsi SDM, termasuk rekrutmen, pelatihan, penggajian, evaluasi kinerja, dan administrasi personalia, secara lebih efektif dan akurat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SISDM di PT XYZ telah meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data karyawan dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Namun, implementasinya belum optimal karena beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya pelatihan bagi karyawan, resistensi terhadap perubahan teknologi, dan kelemahan dalam sistem keamanan data. Faktor-faktor ini memengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan potensi penuh dari SISDM.
